Quality first is our motto. The quality department ensures that all our products comply with European and international quality regulations and standards to guarantee an unbeatable sealing performance.

This is only possible with a great team and the best and most precise machining technology, which allows us to make dimensional measurements and checks using three-dimensional measuring machines and non-destructive testing.

Our Management System has had theISO 9001-2000+14001 certifications since 2002.

We also have the ISO 45001 on occupational health and safety.

EXPERIENCE IN MATERIALS

We work with a wide range of materials, including conventional and special materials.

We treat valves with all types of normal steel, stainless steel, duplex/ super duplex, monel, iconel, incoloy, titanium or bronze.

We also manufacture valves with thermoplastic materials, such as devlon, PTFE, nylon, PEEK or PCTFE, among others.

All the materials we use comply with the corresponding quality standards.

EFFECTIVE MACHINING TECHNOLOGY

We guarantee an excellent response capacity thanks to machining facilities and equipment that encompass all processes of the entire dimensional range.

NC lathes, conventional lathes, machining centres, grinding and polishing machines, among others, complete our machining capacity to manufacture any component of all types of valves.

We can produce in large volumes and within tight deadlines.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

Our technical department gives its all in each process, studying each case to find the most efficient and effective manufacturing solution.

For this, the properties of the material, the morphology of the product, the requested treatments and the special requirements provided by the client are taken into account.

This process would not be possible without a highly qualified technical teamwith extensive experience in the design and development of components for valves.

INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS

We produce and ship our valves and accessories all over the world.

We have wide experience in exporting, which has given us agility in the preparation of shipments, ensuring the quality and care of the merchandise.

Currently, exports account for approximately 50% of our production.
