- Typology:
- We machine FLOATING and TRUNNION balls for different types of valves: welded, top entry, end entry and split entry.
- High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) COATING. Through this process we increase the durability and improve the performance of the balls. This technique is used for valves working in high pressure environments and extreme temperatures. They are ideal for corrosive environments or when there are solid particles that can damage soft seats.
- We apply different thicknesses, from120 µm to 400 µm, according to the client’s needs, providing a hardness of 900 to 1200 HV
- Size: ½” to 24”.

- Stainless steel: F310, F-316, F316L, F316Ti, F-347H, F-304, 410
- Duplex and super duplex: F51, F53, F55
- TITANIUM: GRADE 2, 3, 5, 7, 12

- Ball valves have 4 different types of bodies:
- Welded: they guarantee the absence of leaks during the valve lifetime and do not require operational maintenance. This can be a very important factor, especially for ball valves installed in underground or undersea pipelines. This design is also chosen for hazardous fluids.
- Top entry: the ball can be extracted by removing the upper cap. The valve can be repaired at the facility.
- Side entry: single-piece body. The ball is mounted from an axial entrance.
- Split body: the body is made up of two or three pieces. It allows inspection and servicing of all internal parts.
