Sealing elements
- Type: knife gate
- Size: ½” to 16”.
- Materials: We are specialised in nickel alloys, titanium, duplex/super duplex and stainless steel.
Seat ring
- Metal sealing. Seat support of nickel alloys, stainless steel and steels to guarantee a perfect sealing, and coating (nickel-ENP, tungsten-carbide and chrome-carbide plating.
- Soft sealing. Bidegain machines seats in thermoplastic materials such as Devlon, PTFE, nylon, PEEK and PCTFE.
- Size: ½” to 42”.
- Quality: strict machining control to guarantee perfect roundness. We carry out alcohol and blue dye testing.
Stems
- Materials: nickel alloys, grade 660, titanium and duplex/super duplex, stainless steel.
- Size: ½” to 20”.
- Quality: we maintain a strict machining control guaranteeing a perfect cylindricity and concentricity.
